Anders og Jan Marius er på besøk!
On Saturday Anja became 28 years, and went to the restaurant Berlin with Stine and Svein for dinner and then we had a party at our place. Svein Jarle has his 28th birthday today (Monday), so we just had the party together! It was really nice, and after the party here, we went out to kontakt. You can see pictures form the day here!

I found out just now that if you are using internet explorer to view this page, you will see it wrong! Change your browser to the much better Firefox instead!

…..getting a French car! This week I rented a car to get around in! The last times I have rented a car from this guy, I have been getting ether a Skoda Octavia, or a a Skoda Fabia. Both are nice cars to drive, and there haven’t been any major problems with them! This time however, he shoved up with a Peugeot 206, 2.0 HDI, 2000 mod. The Peugeot 206 has the potential to be a nice car but it has one drawback…. Its French!! I’m sorry, but the French can’t build cars! All the horror stories I have heard about ALL the car brands from Franc! But of course you shouldn’t belive all the stories people tell you, but I have rented Peugeot two times in my life, once in Norway, and now here in Poland, and something went wrong bout times! The time in Norway we had two problems with the car. The first one, which was a easy fix, was that the gas pedal got stuck on full throttle a couple of times…You would think that that is a bad thing, but compared to the next thing that happened, it was nothing! Anja and I was out driving, and this was in the fall time when its beginning to be pretty dark in Norway, and we were on a dark road with no lighting. Suddenly the car decides to turn off ALL the lights in and on the car!!!! I know that the French can be stubborn, but lucky for us the lights came back after a couple of seconds. And lucky for us we were on a straight road, and not a curvy one, which we were on like two minutes before and two minutes after! (there aren’t many straight roads in Norway!). And now back to the car this week…. I can see why all the cars I have been inn here in Poland have something loose, like a panel or a screw that has been un tighten, because some of the roads here are really bumpy and everything gets shaken loose! But this care, like the car we rented in Norway actually, seemed to have a mind of its own! When I wanted to lock the car I used the remote, and this worked fine the first couple of times! But then, when Mark and I were at Makro last evening, the strangest thing started to happened… When I pushed the button to lock the car, it locked and then unlocked itself again, but after a couple of tries it stayed locked! But this wasn’t the end of this! The next time I was going to lock the car, it was the same all over, but this time the car didn’t give up! I even tried to lock with the key, but then the central locking mechanism wouldn’t work, so I had to go around the car and lock every door by hand….I hate French cars!
Me and Mark had en short trip to Macro !

I was in Warszawa to pick up Ramandeep at the airport, and just dropped by IKEA to get a picture frame! Now we are on our way back to Bialystok…
Now I’m unveiling the new look of my blog! I have been looking for a new look for a while now, and after seeing many different “base” pages, I ended up with one called “blue-box”. I have modified it with a flash header and some other nips and tucks, and of course some new plugins. There will come some more tweeks in the time to come, but the all over look will stay like this! If you have comments or suggestions, please leave me a comment!
Last week I got a new mobile phone! I have been having trouble with my Sonyericsson for some while now, but I have just been putting off getting a new phone! After a long recognizance period with looking at what’s what of mobile phones, I landed on a Nokia phone this time! I got the N82 phone, and it’s greate! It has a 5 mpx camera, integrated WLAN, and a GPS! For more specs on the phone, see here!
